Sample Business Letters

  Real Writing Jobs

When searching for sample business letters it’s important to consider the type of business letter that you intend to write. Many business letters require technical knowledge of the topic and templates should not be used. If you are qualified for the position, using samples will not suffice in this situation. If you are writing business correspondence, sample business letters will get the job done but you should not copy them directly. When you find the proper sample business letter, use it’s formatting rather than its. If you are out of ideas, you can reword the content to meet your needs so long as it meets your intended message and states it clearly. Below is a sample business letter that can be used for general business correspondence.

Dear Jane Doe,

Our meeting today went well and I think our team is moving in the right direction on Project A. We are doing Point A, Point B, and Point C better than expected. However, I would like to highlight a few points that were neither covered nor need improvement. Point D has been mentioned before, but no actions have been taken to improve it. We can improve it by doing Point E. Point F was brought up last week and the changes discussed have been neglected. We can do Point G to keep our focus.

I appreciate your attention to these matters and I hope we’re all on the same page. At our next meeting we will go over these issues before our regular meeting begins.

Regards,

John Smith
